When you create an account or order hosting products, we collect:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Payment information (encrypted and handled by payment providers)

If you write to us in the chat on the website, we process the messages and contact details you provide there. The chat is delivered by Crisp and only loads if you've given consent in the cookie banner.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or use our hosting services, we automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser information
  • Usage statistics

If you've given consent in the cookie banner, we also record your visit to the website using the Mouseflow tool. A recording shows how the site is used: mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page views. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. 2.3 Customer data hosted on our servers

The data you upload to our hosting solutions (e.g. websites, databases, emails) is processed solely as a data processor. We have no access to the content unless you specifically request support.

  • Respond to inquiries in the website chat
  • Handle invoicing and accounting
  • Improve operations, security and performance

We retain your data for as long as necessary for operations, support, accounting requirements and legal documentation. Customer data is normally deleted 30 days after termination of services.
