Frequently asked questions
- Can you migrate our existing WordPress site to you?
- Yes. Standard and Premium include a free migration; on Basic it's a 995 kr. one-off charge. We have a migration tool for sites from one.com, Simply, GoDaddy and others.
- Who updates our plugins and themes?
- On Basic and Standard you do it yourself (one click in the console); on Standard you can test on staging first. On Premium we handle all updates weekly, tested on staging with a visual check before going live. WordPress core minor and security updates happen automatically on every tier.
- How does staging work?
- “Copy production to staging” clones files and the database into a private test environment. “Push to production” pushes files only (themes, plugins, core) — the database is never pushed from staging, so orders, users and content written in production are never overwritten. Staging is private by default and never sends real email.
- Do you host email for our domain?
- No, we don't host mail. Your WordPress site sends email through your own SMTP provider (e.g. via an SMTP plugin).
- What happens if the site gets hacked?
- On Premium, cleanup is included. On Basic and Standard we offer cleanup as a one-off service for 1,995 kr. Every tier has backups, so you can always restore to a known-good version.
- How does billing work?
- All prices are excl. VAT and billed per minute — you only pay for the time the site actually runs. No binding period and no setup fee.
